FAMILY WORKSHOP - Introductory Youtube Creator

FAMILY WORKSHOP - Introductory Youtube Creator

CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS UP TO AGE 17 PARTICIPATE FOR FREE WITH AN ADULT PARTICIPANT.

$30/$25 (LH Member)

Youtube is quickly taking over as a mainstream provider of entertainment and media.  The amazing thing about this platform is that it is Creator controlled.  The Creator dictates their content and what they want to share.

Film maker Grae Burton introduces you to how to set up your own creator channel and how to create content for it.  He will reveal some "tricks of the trade" and some of the challenges that can befall the unwitting "newb" Youtube creator.

This workshop is geared toward the whole family, (families creating content together is a big craze on Youtube) but individuals who take part will also get just as much benefit.  Whether you want to become a business Youtube creator or just vlog about your day, this is the workshop for you!

Grae Burton is a filmmaker with over 25 years experience.  He has been a Youtube creator since it began in 2005/2006.  He set up Nelson Cities Official Youtube channel ChannelN.  He was Line Producer for the Michael Hill International Violin Competition which annually has over 1 million views for it 2 week programmed.  He is also responsible for the creation of the Wallace Arts Channel.  He has recently moved into 360cam filming for youtube and has created the longest 360cam documentary on Youtube.  He is an experience vlogger and interviewer and has made over 10,000 hours of content for Youtube.
