Clare is an artist and art educator with more than 10 years’ experience developing art programmes and teaching in art galleries internationally. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the National Art School (Sydney), a Graduate Diploma of Art History and a Masters in Curatorial and Museum Studies. Clare has worked with various learners, of all ages and backgrounds, but has spent most of her career working with children and young people. She has taught across various disciplines, including painting, printmaking, drawing, sculpture and ceramics. In her own practice, Clare works primarily in painting and drawing. As an educator, Clare shares her love for materials and art history, and places emphasis on individual creative process. Her passion is to create inclusive, immersive art experiences that develop the skills and confidence of her students.
