Lake House Arts Artist Residency Opportunities 

Lake House Arts is pleased to announce the launch of our new Artist Residency Programme, beginning in January 2026. 

For one month, selected artists will be granted 24-hour access to one of our creative spaces, the Hayes Studio or the Tindall Room to create new work, develop existing projects, exhibit their work or host small workshops. 

This residency is open to a broad range of creative practitioners, including visual artists, designers, sound and digital artists, writers, and other creators whose practices benefit from dedicated time and space to develop their work. 

Residents will be formally inducted into the spaces, including access, lock-up procedures, and site use. While both studios occasionally host pre-booked workshops, these will be clearly communicated prior to the start of each residency. Artists are asked to ensure the space is left tidy, safe, and ready for the next before these workshops. 

The residency does not include accommodation, but residents are welcome to enjoy the many amenities on site, including our café, reading areas, gardens, bathrooms, and shower facilities. 

Sales facilitated by Lake House Arts on-site will be subject to our commission rate of 24.5%+GST 

Residency fee: $500 + GST for one month of studio access
