Donations and tax credits

Te Whare Roto o Toi – Lake House Arts is an approved charitable donee organisation. New Zealand taxpayers who donate $5 or more may be eligible to claim a donation tax credit from Inland Revenue of one-third of the amount donated, subject to IRD’s eligibility requirements and income limits.

Your donation must be a genuine monetary gift for which you receive no goods or services in return. We will provide a donation receipt containing the information required for you to submit your claim through myIR. Please retain your receipt for your tax records.
