Our Arty Birthday Parties require a minimum of 10 participants, and a maximum of 15 (or 12 for the clay party). This price includes all materials and a tutor who is a practicing artist and in many cases a trained teacher. Bookings are dependent on the availability of the tutor and studio on the requested date and time. You are welcome to bring along party food for consumption after the class (parents are responsible for tidying up any mess or rubbish from party food). The Arty Birthday parties are between 2.5 hrs long and include a 1.5 - 2 hr class depending on the craft & remaining time for party food or games, which the hirer provides, following the craft. If you would like to book the room for longer, our hire rate is $35 per hr.
We can also modify any of the arty parties for an adult event, or contact us with your own suggestion and we will see what we can do! Hens parties, birthdays etc etc. Prices may vary for adult classes.

Make your own Creative Masks! Monster, superhero or masquerade? which shall it be ? We can't wait to see your creations using beads/feathers/glitter and much more. Use pre-shaped papier-mâché masks that can be cut, shaped, painted and glued to create your own creative mask. We can offer themed mask parties with some notice.

Who is living at the bottom of your garden? You guessed it ! Fairies! You’ll make a sparkly fairy wand and garland for your head, woven with flowers and ribbons to turn you into proper little fairies.

Hedgehogs? Or Shaggy Dogs? The birthday kid gets to decide what everyone will be making! The creations will be bisque fired, glazed, then high fired in the kiln. Please note that creations will take 3-4 weeks to be ready for collection after the party, due to the firing and glazing.

Design and paint your very own T-shirt using special fabric paints that set when heated.
