Lake House Arts is pleased to present…
Geraldyne Potereau – Mindscapes
Becroft Gallery
Opening Celebration:
4 – 6pm Sunday 16th March
About the exhibition:
This exhibition is a reflection of an ongoing journey and the solace found in art. Drawing from personal experiences, each piece explores the inner landscapes of the self. The artworks serve as a visual catalog of timeless, nameless places within, where interpretation is open to all. Viewers are invited to engage with each piece, naming and describing them as they see fit, transforming the experience into a conversation that begins within and extends outward. The exhibition creates a space for vulnerability and reflection, allowing art to become both a personal mirror and a shared dialogue. -Geraldyne Potereau
About Geraldyne Potereau: “I was born in November 1982 in France, but lived in South America until I was 7. I studied graphic design against my parent’s wishes and was never embraced as an artist. I went through a journey of discovery, looking for my own style and found myself in surrealism: using imagery from dreams and imagination and transcribing them without filter. I travel within, confronting myself, accepting myself, transforming art into a conversation.”
